Failure to Orgasm could be the reason you're struggling at work |
After stumbling on a recent article, I discovered that according to the UK's first Orgasm Coach, Dr Lisa Turner, by inhabiting yourself from reaching an orgasm it could actually be directly reflecting on your career, or lack of one at that. Yes ladies, your jobs are affected by the amount of ‘good' sexual pleasure you're getting. Take a second to digest that.
According to Dr Lisa Turner (how does one get that title, Orgasm Coach?), women that orgasm regularly, be it a single handed job or with your partner, are generally more healthy, can think more clearly and are likely to be more successful at work. You see, when a woman orgasms, her energy levels are raised, her health benefits and her overall concentration and performance are increased. This is due to a combination of endorphins and chemicals released during an orgasm, and also due to the psychological element of being able to ‘let go completely' during a real orgasm.
According to Dr Turner, over 50% of women cannot achieve an orgasm, while a greater percentage doesn't deem them as totally necessary. This so called luxury though, as named by this large group of women, could be necessary for overall health and mental performance. Dr Turner highlights that by not having orgasms on a regular basis, you could actually be doing physical damage to your body and career.
"When a woman can't achieve orgasm, it is a significant energy drain for her. Women who cannot orgasm usually don't love themselves enough, are afraid to let go, or afraid to be vulnerable and many are underperforming at work or in business as a result of these underlying issues.", said Dr Turner when asked to elaborate on her theory. She claims that she has pin pointed five kinds of abuse that can prevent women from having an orgasm, and explains that it is her job to help women overcome these emotional kick backs in order to help them achieve orgasms more frequently and more easily.
So if you are feeling socially isolated, struggling from psychological and financial problems or have experienced sexual or physical abuse, you could be psychologically stunted from achieving orgasms. Dr Turner insists that by learning to orgasm, by letting go and facing your problems, you can be empowered at home, in the bed room and more importantly, in the office. Regardless of age, Dr Turner is convinced she can help you to achieve the perfect orgasm.
Look out for her book coming out later this year, and in the mean time, try to pin point things in your life that could be causing you stress, work through them, and concentrate on having more orgasms, more frequently. Not such a tough task if you ask me.
